Mango, Maracudja and Matcha Refresher 🥭

This refreshing and sparkling drink made with mango and passion fruit is yet another great opportunity to incorporate the sweet flavour of Original Matcha into your favourite mocktails.
Ingredients
- 1 half mango
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 grams of Matcha Original
- 55 ml of hot water
- 30ml of sparkling water
- 1 tablespoon of the syrup of your choice (for those with a sweet tooth)
- Ice
Instructions
- First, let's prepare the matcha. In a bowl, add the matcha TSUKI Original .
- Pour the hot water (about 65-70°C) into the bowl.
- Use a bamboo whisk to whisk vigorously until the matcha is completely dissolved and a light foam forms on the surface.
- Cut the mango in half and scoop out the flesh using a spoon. Do the same with the passion fruit.
- Blend or crush the mango flesh.
- Place the fruit flesh in a glass with ice cubes.
- Add sparkling water and syrup (optional)
- Add your matcha delicately.
- Mix gently to incorporate all ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious refreshing drink.
