🌡️ Temperature:
Store your matcha in a cool place. If the temperature exceeds 25°C (77°F), refrigeration is recommended. Before opening, allow the matcha to return to room temperature to prevent condensation, which could affect its texture and overall quality.
☀️ Light Exposure:
Protect your matcha from direct sunlight. To preserve its vibrant color and nutritional properties, store it in a dark place, such as a cupboard or an opaque container.
⏳ The time period after opening:
To fully enjoy the freshness and nutrients of your matcha, consume it within 2 to 3 months after opening. That said, don’t worry—matcha is a non-perishable product and can remain consumable for several years, although its flavor and quality may gradually decline over time.

The origin of our matcha
Our matcha is harvested in the Shizuoka region of Japan, renowned for its 750+ year tradition of tea cultivation.
Nestled between mountains and ocean, close to Mount Fuji , Shizuoka benefits from rich volcanic soil, numerous rivers and a particularly favorable climate. These unique conditions make it possible to produce green tea of exceptional quality.
We carefully select our tea leaves, cultivated in accordance with Japanese traditions, to offer you an authentic matcha of incomparable quality .
