Grown in the ShizuokaThis exceptional matcha reflects 750 years of Japanese tradition. It comes from the Yabukitathe most popular in Japan and abroad, chosen for its perfect balance between umami and slight bitternesswhile remaining subtle and accessible. An ideal gateway to authentic matcha.
This matcha is ceremonial grade, which means it comes from the first harvests of spring: the youngest, most tender leaves, carefully picked by hand. Three weeks before harvest, the tea bushes are shaded to enrich the L-theanine content, reduce bitterness and intensify the green color.
After harvesting, the leaves are transformed into tencha: stems and veins are removed to preserve only the best. They are then slowly ground between two stone millstones, an ancestral craft that guarantees a fine, silky powder rich in aromas and nutrients.
🌿 Pure, organic matcha with no compromise on quality.
With its delicate texture and refined taste, it will delight purists and the curious alike. Enjoy it hot or cold, simply with water, or as a latte. At TSUKI, we love to pair it with a mild vegetable milk such as oat, almond or rice, which bring out all its subtlety - but it's up to you to create your own ritual.
Grown in the fertile, volcanic region of Kagoshima, in southern Japan, this exceptional matcha comes from the Yabukita variety, famous for its perfect balance between umami and slight bitterness. Here, it is enhanced by delicate natural vanilla extracts, non-organic but 100% natural, which add sweet, comforting biscuity notes.
This ceremonial-grade matcha isorganically grown. It is harvested by hand during the first shoots of spring. Three weeks before plucking, the tea bushes are shaded to stimulate the production of chlorophyll and L-theanine, an amino acid known for its soothing effects and its contribution to matcha's umami flavor.
The young leaves are then transformed into tencha, then slowly ground on stone millstones, using age-old Japanese know-how, to obtain an ultra-fine, bright green powder.
This matcha combines the authenticity of Japanese tea with the subtle indulgence of vanilla, offering a refined yet accessible experience. It can be enjoyed as a smooth latte or in a traditional version, for a moment of sweetness and serenity.
Grown in Shizuoka, Japan, this matcha from the Yabukita variety reveals a lovely vegetal intensity and slight bitterness, perfect for pastries, cooking or smoothies.
Ideal for adding a unique touch to your sweet and savoury recipes, or energizing your drinks with a vibrant, colourful note.
