Terms of sale

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Tsuki Matcha and its customers in the context of the sale of products on the website www.tsukimatcha.com. Any order placed on this site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCS. Therefore, every customer must read the GTCS before browsing our site.

2. Products

Tsuki Matcha offers for sale organic matcha as well as matcha preparation accessories. The products are presented on the site with their essential characteristics and their price including taxes in euros, Canadian dollars, or U.S dollars, depending on the customer's location.

3. Orders

Orders are placed online on the Tsuki Matcha website. The customer must fill out an order form by providing the required information and selecting the desired products. The order is final once payment is accepted by Tsuki Matcha.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices are indicated in euros, or Canadian dollars, or in your local currency, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and any other taxes in force in France, except for Canada), excluding delivery charges. Other applicable taxes and delivery charges will be added to the cart amount before finalizing the order. Payment is made online by credit card or by any other secure payment method accepted by Tsuki Matcha.

Prices are valid at the time of order validation and may be changed at any time without notice. These prices do not include shipping and delivery charges, which may vary depending on the total amount of the order, the weight of the items, and/or the destination country for delivery. The customer will be responsible for any additional applicable fees associated with the delivery of the order (shipping fees, customs, etc.), in addition to the shipping costs indicated and billed when the customer places the order on the site. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all taxes (VAT).

5. Delivery

The ordered products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times and charges are specified at the time of order. Tsuki Matcha undertakes to deliver the products as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Tsuki Matcha shall not be held responsible for any additional fees related to the delivery of the order other than those mentioned and billed at the time of order confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a right of withdrawal allowing them to cancel their order within 14 days from the receipt of the products, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by notifying Tsuki Matcha by email at the following address: contact@tsukimatcha.com.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the products concerned in their original condition, complete, unused, and in their original packaging, at their own expense. Tsuki Matcha undertakes to reimburse the customer within a reasonable time from the receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products likely to deteriorate rapidly, nor to sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been opened after delivery.

7. Warranty and Liability

Tsuki Matcha guarantees the conformity of the products sold on its website and undertakes to refund or exchange any defective product. Tsuki Matcha cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from the use of the products sold on its site.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Tsuki Matcha undertakes to protect the personal data of its customers in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The information collected when ordering is used only within the framework of the commercial relationship between Tsuki Matcha and its customers.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in France or Canada, depending on the customer's location and applicable law.

10. Modification of the GTCS

Tsuki Matcha reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The modifications will be published on the website and will be applicable to orders placed after they come into effect.
