Matcha-Maracudja, an exotic taste experience to try this summer!
Ingredients
- 1 maracudja (or passion fruit)
- 2 grams of Original Matcha
- 55 ml of hot water
- 15 ml of sparkling water
- 15 ml of passion fruit juice
- Ice
Instructions
- First, let's prepare the matcha. In a bowl, add the TSUKI Original matcha .
- Pour the hot water (about 65-70°C) into the bowl.
- Use a bamboo whisk to whisk vigorously until the matcha is completely dissolved and a light foam forms on the surface.
- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp using a spoon.
- Place the fruit pulp in a glass with ice cubes.
- Add the sparkling water and passion fruit juice.
- Add your matcha delicately.
- Mix gently to incorporate all ingredients.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious fresh and sparkling Passion Fruit Matcha!
