Hailing from the Kagoshima region of Japan, this ceremonial matcha combines the authenticity of Japanese green tea with subtle vanilla notes, revealing biscuity and gourmet flavors. Its smooth and velvety texture, coupled with its vibrant green color, attests to its exceptional quality.
Ideal for traditional tasting or for your lattes, this vanilla matcha is perfect for those seeking a moment of serenity with a touch of sweetness.
For optimal preparation, add 1 to 2 grams of matcha to a bowl with a little hot water (max. 80°C). Use the measuring spoon for greater precision. Whisk vigorously with the bamboo whisk (Chasen) without applying pressure, using "M" (or "W") movements to thoroughly dissolve the powder and obtain a light, creamy foam.
