Ingredients (for 4 portions) 200 g yoghurt (Greek, plain or plant-based, as you prefer) 6-8 fresh strawberries 1-2 tbsp. honey or agave syrup 100 g white chocolate 1 teaspoon TSUKI culinary matcha Materials required A TSUKI bamboo whisk A mixing bowl A presentation dish 1 saucepan 1 sheet of parchment paper Spatula Detailed instructions 1. Mix the base In a bowl, combine the yogurt with the chopped strawberries. Add the honey or agave syrup to taste, then mix well. 2. Shape the iced cookies Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon out small portions of the mixture, flattening them slightly into round shapes, like mini-cookies. 3.
