  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth or let air dry.

🚫 Ab solutely avoid

  • No dishwashers: heat and vibration can damage the enamel and weaken the ceramic.
  • No boiling water (80°C max): water that's too hot can crack the bowl and alter the texture of your matcha.

💧 O ur tips

  • Always use water between 70°C and 80°C to preserve the benefits and softness of your matcha.
  • Store your bowl in a dry place, away from shocks and temperature variations.
  1. Pour 1 to 2 spoonfuls of TSUKI matcha into your bowl.
  2. Add a little hot water (70-80°C) and whisk vigorously, forming a "W" with your chasen.
  3. Pour in the remaining water or milk to taste.
  4. Enjoy directly from your bowl, or pour your latte from the practical spout.

NOTRE GAMME D’ACCESSOIRES MATCHA

It's the ideal accessory for dosing your matcha with precision.

One level spoon (approx. 1 g) = the perfect amount for one cup.

It will last you a very long time if you take good care of it - no need to replace it.

Because it's the essential accessory for obtaining a smooth, frothy texture.

Without it, matcha can be lumpy or too liquid.

Yes, and that's perfectly normal! The bamboo whisk (chasen) is a handcrafted tool, made to be used regularly - so it naturally wears out over time.

But a few simple gestures can extend its life:

  • run under hot water before each use to soften the strands,
  • air dry, preferably on a suitable surface,
  • avoid soaking in water.
