THE MATCHA BOWL

Your TSUKI bowl is a unique handcrafted piece, as beautiful as it is delicate.

After each use:Simply rinse it with lukewarm water, without harsh soap. Then, gently wipe it with a soft cloth or let it air dry.

Absolutely avoid:

• No dishwasher or microwave: heat and vibrations can weaken the enamel and damage the ceramic.
• No boiling water (80°C max): water that is too hot can crack the bowl and alter the benefits and texture of your matcha.
  

Our advice:
Always use water between70°C and 80°Cto preserve the benefits and smoothness of your matcha.

Store your bowl in a dry place, away from shocks and temperature fluctuations.

THE WHISK

Before first use:Immerse the Chasen in very hot water for a few minutes to soften the bamboo tines. Repeat this step occasionally, or if you notice that the bamboo tines are lacking flexibility.

While preparing matcha: Avoid pressing down on the whisk(it's not necessary to get a nice foam).

After each use:Gently rinse the whisk withcold waterto remove residues. Let it air dry to preserve its shape and the flexibility of its tines. It is recommended not to use soapto avoid altering the taste of the matcha

Between each use:Keep it away from humidity.

THE MEASURING SPOON

This spoon requires little maintenance.

Our measuring spoon can be cleaned like any utensil in your kitchen. After each use, wash it with a little mild soap and rinse it with hot water. It can also be placed in the dishwasher.
