Delicious matcha cookies 🍪 - Tsuki x Instinct

With a soft texture on the inside and crispy on the outside, these cookies are ideal for a gourmet break or to accompany your favorite drink. They will delight your taste buds with every bite.
ngredients
- 100g softened butter
- 5g of matcha
- 1g of fleur de sel
- 100g brown sugar
- 40g white caster sugar
- 75g eggs
- 253g of T55 flour
- 6g of baking powder
- 120g white chocolate or milk chocolate
Instructions
- Mix (in a food processor) butter, two sugars and salt
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Add the flour/yeast mixture
- Add the crushed chocolate
- Homogenize to obtain a paste
- Remove the cookie dough and divide it into 60g pieces
- Leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
- Cook at 165ºC for 10-15min
