Recipe for Strawberry Matcha Beats: a Classic Revisited with Rhythm When we think of a refined dessert, we often imagine the harmony of sweetness, color and originality. But what if you could surprise your guests with a blend as bold as it is delicious: the freshness of matcha, the sweetness of strawberries, and the energy that pulses like a driving beat? At TSUKI, we've created this recipe for Strawberry Matcha Beats for all those who like to combine tradition and modernity. It's not just a dessert, it's a multi-sensory experience where every bite activates your curiosity and gustatory pleasure. Why matcha in Strawberry Matcha Beats? Culinary matcha, with its herbal notes and vibrant green color, brings a touch of elegance and freshness to this fruity dessert. Unlike other ingredients, matcha offers a unique depth of flavor, balancing the sweetness of the strawberries with the airy texture of the preparation.By using our TSUKI culinary matcha, you guarantee intense flavor and a harmonious blend that will sublimate your Strawberry Matcha Beats. This recipe is ideal for lovers of refined desserts who want to impress their guests with a dessert that's both original and gourmet. Whether you're a novice in the kitchen or an expert, these little snacks are easy to make and ready in just 20-25 minutes! Ingredients (for 4 portions) 200 g yoghurt (Greek, plain or plant-based, as you prefer) 6-8 fresh strawberries 1-2 tbsp. honey or agave syrup 100 g white chocolate 1 teaspoon TSUKI culinary matcha Materials required A TSUKI bamboo whisk A mixing bowl A presentation dish 1 saucepan 1 sheet of parchment paper Spatula Detailed instructions 1. Mix the base In a bowl, combine the yogurt with the chopped strawberries. Add the honey or agave syrup to taste, then mix well. 2. Shape the iced cookies Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon out small portions of the mixture, flattening them slightly into round shapes, like mini-cookies. 3. Initial chilling Place the baking sheet in the fridge or freezer (your choice) for 10 to 15 minutes, just long enough for the cookies to harden without freezing completely. 4. Prepare matcha glaze Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie, add the culinary matcha and whisk until smooth. 5. Soak Remove your iced cookies from the freezer and dip them gently into the matcha white chocolate, then place them back on the baking sheet and chill until the glaze sets. 6. Enjoy Once the chocolate has set, your iced cookies are ready to be enjoyed for one last fruity touch before the end of summer! Tips for a presentation worthy of a TSUKI dessert Decoration: Vary your toppings to create a crunchy, eye-catching effect: chia seeds, pistachio chips or white chocolate shavings work perfectly. Accompaniment: Serve with a matcha latté or fresh green tea for a harmonious match. Sensory tip: Play on the contrast between the colors green and red, very attractive for the brain, and on the creamy/crunchy mix for an immediate pleasure effect. Why choose TSUKI Culinary Matcha? Our Culinary Matcha is sourced directly from small Japanese producers, guaranteeing exceptional quality and vibrant color. It stands up perfectly to creamy blends while retaining its intense flavor.
