Matcha spread - Tsuki x Instinct

Ingredients
- 5g of matcha
- 180 g of white chocolate
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave
- Add the matcha and mix
- Add the grapeseed oil in 3 batches.
- Add the fleur de sel and mix.
- For a crunchy version, add 32g of puffed rice cereal plain, lightly chopped and mix with the rest of the preparation.
5. Dispose of in an airtight glass container.
