Matcha Spread - TSUKI x Instinct

Ingredients
- 5g matcha
- 180 g white chocolate
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Add the matcha, and blend
- Add the grapeseed oil in 3 additions.
- Add the fleur de sel and blend.
- For a crunchy version, add 32g of plain puffed rice cereal , lightly chopped, and mix with the rest of the mixture.
5. Store in an airtight glass container.
*Store at room temperature.
