Matcha spread - Tsuki x Instinct

Pâte à tartiner au Matcha - TSUKI x Instinct

This recipe is perfect for those looking for a unique gourmet experience. By combining the intense, grassy flavor of matcha with a creamy, indulgent texture, this spread is a great alternative to classic, industrial spreads.

Ideal to brighten up your breakfasts or to accompany your desserts, it will delight your palates!

Ingredients

  • 5g of matcha
  • 180 g of white chocolate
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave
  2. Add the matcha and mix
  3. Add the grapeseed oil in 3 batches.
  4. Add the fleur de sel and mix.
    • For a crunchy version, add 32g of puffed rice cereal  plain, lightly chopped and mix with the rest of the preparation.

5. Dispose of in an airtight glass container.

*Store at room temperature.
