Grown in the Shizuoka region of Japan, this exceptional matcha reflects 750 years of tradition. It is sourced from the Yabukita variety, the most popular both in Japan and internationally, chosen for its perfect balance between umami and light bitterness, while remaining subtle and accessible. It is the ideal gateway to discovering authentic matcha.
This matcha is ceremonial grade, meaning it comes from the first spring harvests: the youngest and most tender leaves, carefully handpicked. Three weeks before harvest, the tea plants are shaded to enhance the L-theanine content, reduce bitterness, and intensify the green color.
The young tea leaves are then processed into tencha and slowly ground on traditional stone mills, following centuries-old Japanese craftsmanship, to produce an ultra-fine powder with a vibrant green color.
This matcha blends the authenticity of Japanese tea with the delicate sweetness of natural vanilla, offering an experience that’s both refined and approachable. Enjoy it as a smooth, creamy latte or in its traditional form for a moment of calm and indulgence.
Add a touch of precision to your matcha tea brewing ritual with our measuring spoon.
Our stainless steel measuring spoon will allow you to perfectly measure the quantity of matcha needed for each preparation. It is the ideal accessory for all matcha tea lovers, whether beginners or experts.
The spoon is designed to measure exactly 1g of matcha.
Our handcrafted bamboo whisk, "Chasen" ( 茶筅) in Japanese) is the essential tool for authentic matcha tea preparation.
Made from high-quality bamboo, each whisk is designed to create a creamy, airy foam, revealing the full rich aromas and flavors of matcha. It ensures a perfect and homogeneous mixture.
Its 120 bristles are a testament to both its durability and effectiveness.

🌿 A pure and organic matcha, with no compromise on quality.
With its delicate texture and refined taste, it will delight both purists and the curious. Enjoy it hot or cold, simply with water, or as a latte. At TSUKI, we love pairing it with a smooth plant-based milk such as oat, almond, or rice milk, which enhances its subtlety — but feel free to create your own ritual.
