Combining the sweetness of honey with the aromatic freshness of matcha, this banana-matcha smoothie offers a refreshing and satisfying experience. Perfect for an energetic start to the day, or as a comforting afternoon snack, it's sure to charm anyone looking to combine health and pleasure! Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 250 ml milk (your choice: almond, soy, cow's milk, etc.) 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste) 1 teaspoon matcha powder Instructions: In a blender, add the peeled and chopped banana. Pour the milk of your choice into the blender. Add honey according to your sweetness preference. Sprinkle the matcha powder over the other ingredients. If you wish, add a few ice cubes for an extra touch of freshness. Close the blender and blend all the ingredients to a smooth, homogenous texture. Enjoy!

How to prepare your matcha?

3-step preparation

Pour matcha and hot water into a bowl

For 1 g of matcha, add 40 ml of hot water (maximum 80°c).

Whisk vigorously

using W movements until dissolved and foaming.

Mix with the drink of your choice
